Onsite participation in the 99th Session of the Delaware Annual Conference is open to our Episcopal Leaders and their guests, Presiding Elders, DEAC Clergy, DEAC Delegates/Alternates, component heads, Ministerial Institute Students, worship participants, and presenters. All others are asked to watch online.
